Before deciding to use a data recovery service to recover your data, many of our
customers have questions regarding what went wrong or why did they lose data.

When will I find out how much the total costs are for my data recovery?
As soon as we have run diagnostic checks, our technicians will know exactly what is wrong with your media and can estimate how long it will take. From their estimation, we can give you the exact cost.
How do I get my recovered data back?
Depending on the size of your data, we can return it to you on DVD’s (up to 20GB), USB/Firewire external drive, internal IDE/SCSI/SATA drive or if the data is small it can be sent on floppy or CD.
What are your payment terms?
Payment can be made via cash, cheque or credit/debit card, please bear in mind that we need clear funds prior to releasing the data.
